Happy Birthday Granny

After Brody's Upwards game we drove into Jacksonville to Fleming Island to celebrate Granny's 83rd birthday.  She has been in a nursing home for a few months now but she is doing great, so we were having a little birthday party for her.

Boys will be boys - finding anything they can to play with and eventually we all went outside because the room was getting a little small with 3 little boys playing.

Cake time.  Let me just say that Granny was loving her cake and ice cream.  I couldn't feed her fast enough and she cleaned the entire plate.

Brody and Trevor are definitely into card making right now so they really enjoyed making cards for Granny.

This is one of the sweetest ladies and at 83 she still has her sense of humor.  I thank the Lord all the time for her because she is a major reason Jason is the person he is today.  She and her husband took Jason to church with them every Sunday and Wednesday and was such a Godly influence in his life.
