March 22 Brody's school had a Spring Fling. This consisted of bouncy houses, snowcones, and just fun outside for about 1 1/2 hours for each grade. There was just one slight problem - it was pretty cold outside. The kids were to wear flip flops so they could just slip off their shoes and move from bounce house to bounce house. I sent Brody in his crocs with socks on. I thought at least his feet would be a little warmer with socks on. He was pretty excited when he saw the 4 different bounce houses/obstacle courses.
Checking out the obstacle course that he's waiting in line for.
Obstacle course and bounce house.
All ready to race.
Coming in first
Time for a little bounce action
Even though it was freezing outside - he still wanted a snowcone
Cameron, Ariyan and Brody
Molly and Brody - they are in different classes at school but go to church together.

Brody couldn't wait to show off his throwing skills with this little game. You got 3 chances to throw a ball as a pitcher to the batter. Each time you got to back up to the next set of cones. He was so proud he nailed each one.

After the Spring Fling, it was time for lunch which they ate in their room. What's a Spring Fling without some cupcakes :)
Easter cupcakes with jelly beans.
A great way to end the day before they headed home for spring break.
