Toy Story Disney on Ice

After getting back from NY LATE Thursday night, we had already made plans to attend Toy Story Disney on Ice with Adam & Stephanie and John & Tracy.  The boys were so excited and this was Trevor's first trip to Disney on Ice - he thought he was such a big boy.

We first met for dinner at Chili's - wow what an experience with 4 kids and 6 adults.  Of course Trevor ate nothing and was just so excited to be with the other kids.  The balloon lady came around and made each of the kids a balloon which kept them occupied for a little while.

We thought we had plenty of time but of course we were walking into the show as it was starting.  Our seats were great and all of the kids seemed to really enjoy it - of course they sat together except for Trevor who sat on my lap for the 1st 30-45 min with NO snacks which was a miracle.

Our first purchase was cotton candy with a Buzz Lightyear helmet.  These kids could down some cotton candy - it was gone in about 5 min.  Thank goodness for Wet Wipes.

Jason was their best friend for a few minutes.

Ava was so excited.  I just love this face - she was all into dancing with the music

Trevor got a little restless after intermission - maybe it was the cotton candy.  Thank goodness I had some pretzels that he demolished, but then it was our 2nd purchase - a lemonade.

Brody's favorite part was when Zurg came out.  Trevor liked the green army men because he goes around saying "Hut Hut Hut" all the time.  My favorite part was of course Barbie and Ken.  I loved the look on Baylie's face when these 2 came out - it was like a little girl in a dream world.  She was in awe.

We - both kids and parents - had a great time.  I wonder what the next Disney on Ice will be.

  1. It's hard to come by well-informed people in this particular subject, however, you seem like you know what you're talking about!
