Celebrating Christmas - Shamu style

Several weeks ago, we headed down with Bryan, Tara, & Cale to SeaWorld for the day - even Trevor came along for this trip.  Leaving our house at 6:15 AM with both kids was a chore and it took awhile for them to go back to sleep but they both did pretty good considering how early it was.  It was a little colder than I had expected when we got there but the weather turned out perfect.

There was really no one there which is always great - no lines.  We checked out some of the animals at first and Trevor didn't really know what to think.

Checking out the dolphins.

 Cale - what a cutie!!

It was very difficult to get all the boys to look at the camera at the same time - even 2 was pretty hard.

Daddys and boys checking out the barracuda.

Brody & Cale were both pretty brave to go right up to the little monkey.  I guess they thought he was pretty harmless.

Waiting in the Polar Express for Jason and Brody - they rode the simulator ride while we watched the movie.

Cale did great with Santa.  He knew exactly what he wanted from Santa.

Brody whispering to Santa what he wants for Christmas.  This is the one of coolest parts of going to SeaWorld.  Brody was a little timid at first but he got ok - thank goodness.

Tara waiting out the rides with all of the sleeping kiddos.  Can you believe all 3 went to sleep at the same time and took at least an hour nap - Brody even longer.

See how difficult it is to get all 3 to look at the camera.

All smiles for the swishy boat - mama doesn't do these rides so thank goodness for Daddy!!

We stayed around for the night Christmas Shamu show which is wonderful and the kids seemed to love it.  Trevor even stayed still for the most part - as long as he was being fed.  We left the park around 9PM and needless to say the boys didn't take long to pass out but were in their pjs so they were transported right to their beds when we got home.  I think we found an annual tradition since Brody seems to love Sea World and talks about it all of the time.
