Egg Hunt #2

Saturday afternoon we were off to Egg Hunt #2 with our church preschool department.  It was at 2:00 so really didn't think we were going to go because Trevor NEEDS a nap EVERY day or we have one cranky kid.  I guess Trevor's Sunday School teacher, Mr. Jeffery, thought differently because we received a threatening (in a friendly funny way) phone call from him saying we better have our son at the Easter Egg hunt.  Now keep in mind I grew up with Jeffery and our families always went on family vacations together so he really is like a big brother to me, which now means trouble that he is teaching my child in Sunday School.  Oh well, Trevor loves him.

Anyway, thankfully Trevor took a 3 hour nap BEFORE the party and NO I did not drug him.  So, we were able to go and have a great time.  The egg hunt was at "Uncle Paul's" and "LiLi's" aka the Cook's.  The boys have been over there several times with Papa to visit the animals so they love it out there.

Trevor meeting their BIG horse.  LiLi gave Trevor a vanilla wafer to give to the horse, well Trevor thought she gave it to him to eat so he popped it in his mouth.

Trevor's latest love from Papa - ice.

Enjoying the bouncy house with Amy.

Only been at the egg hunt for about 15 minutes and he's already red faced.

Molly and Brody heading out on the hayride while the eggs are being hidden.

The little ones got a small headstart and Trevor wasn't sure what to do at first but he QUICKLY got into it and didn't want to stop.

The big kids getting ready to head out.

Done with finding eggs now it's time to check out the goodies.

And of course eat some of them.

Offering yet another wholesome substitute for lunch - chocolate cupcake.

Trevor is loving Angela's necklace.

Jeffery playing with one dirty Trevor.

One dirty boy but oh so happy!!

When we got home later Saturday night we dyed Easter eggs.  Brody was so excited to use his Star Wars and Buzz egg kits.

Trevor trying to help.  He was not wanting to sit in his chair so we eventually had to buckle him in.  Imagine that he wanted to climb on the table & spill over the bowls of water....
