Here's a "few" pictures of our Magical Day
Yes, this is my child climbing over the rail to play in the playarea - boys will be boys. Trevor is getting ready to slide down on his belly.
Sporting his new Toy Story Mickey ears.
Brody is getting taller which means bigger roller coasters. Jason and I had already decided that we were going to get him on Splash Mountain and Thunder Mtn and that we did. Brody wasn't so sure at first especially after he saw the big drop in Splash Mtn and that you might get wet, but off we went. He LOVED it and his first words after the drop were my ears got wet and he laughed (he was wearing Toy Story Mickey ears). We were then off to Thunder Mtn and once he again he wasn't so sure but he LOVED it too. We actually rode it 3 times but the last time at night in the very back might have done him in :)
A visit to the Magic Kingdom isn't complete unless you make a trip to see Mickey and Minnie. It was about a 20 minute wait which was somewhat of a challenge but all worth the wait. We weren't sure how Trevor would handle Mickey who he loves but you never know with a life size one. He was a little timid at first but didn't cry.
My mom had to get in on the action and I think Goofy is her favorite.
We ended our day at MK with Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. We watched the parade first so my parents could take Trevor back to the hotel and let him sleep. Last year we caught the end of the Buzz show so we made sure we were on the front row for it this year. Brody loved it - of course. We then headed to a Woody dance party which was one of the coolest things ever. We thought it was just going to be a bunch of kids dancing but since it was about 10:30 PM there were only a few kids there. Brody was dancing all over the place - mostly all over the floor. Then all of a sudden the side door opens and Woody, Jesse & Bullseye come dancing in. Brody was so excited but all he wanted to do was stand by Woody and wave to him. It was pretty cute - Woody, Jesse & Bullseye were having a dance off while the kids were running all around dancing. Brody loved every minute of it.
We finally left around 11:30 and he passed out as we were rolling out the gate. What a LONG and tiring day.
I love it all, Jenny!!! The boys' shirts and your momma, what a hoot, she and Goofy are too much. Looks like y'all had a great time.
