Thursday the 18th was party day for Brody and
they started with shaving cream phonics.
Brody and Peighton thought it was great as I’m sure the others did as
well.
The party started around 9:30 with centers –
Making reindeer food
Reindeer handprints
Rudolph noses
Cookie decorating
A great thing about Mrs. Ray’s room is that it has it’s own
door to the outside and allows them extra room to do things outside like pin
the nose on the snowman and musical chairs.
After centers it was time for the book exchange. Each child was asked to bring a wrapped
book. The kids were so excited.
Poor Peighton
received a book on trucks so Brody was kind enough to trade with her.
Present time for Mrs. Ray
Food time. We all
chipped in and had Callahan BBQ brought in.
The kids and adults love it.
Mrs. Ray is so sweet.
She gave each child a stocking with their name embroidered on it with
books, crayons, playdo, pencil and eraser in it. They were so excited and played with the playdo
making all kinds of cool things.
This is such a sweet class and Brody is having a blast!!
